Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through AI Channel Creator at aichannelcreator.com. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the billing and refund terms described below.

2. Subscription Plans

AI Channel Creator offers the following plans:

  • Free — $0, no payment required.
  • Pro — $29/month, billed monthly.
  • Business — $99/month, billed monthly.

All paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

3. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be clearly notified before any charge is made.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@aichannelcreator.com.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • You retain access to all paid features until the end of the current period.
  • After the current period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
  • Your existing videos and data will be preserved, but usage limits will reflect the Free plan.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Rule

Because AI Channel Creator delivers digital content that is consumed immediately (AI-generated videos, scripts, voiceovers, and images), we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or already-used credits.

5.2 Refund Eligibility

We may issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • Service outage: if the Service was unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period due to an issue on our side.
  • First billing cycle: if you are within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription and have generated fewer than 3 videos, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

5.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial months remaining after cancellation (you keep access until the period ends).
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (we recommend using the Free plan to evaluate the Service before upgrading).
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@aichannelcreator.com with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the new lower rate takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase prices, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
