  • YouTube account data: when you connect your YouTube channel, we access limited account information via the YouTube Data API as authorized by you.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Cookies: we use authentication cookies (user_token and admin_token) to maintain your session. These are strictly necessary cookies and cannot be opted out of while using the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
  • Generate AI content (scripts, voiceovers, images, videos) on your behalf by sending your inputs to third-party AI providers.
  • Upload videos to YouTube using the YouTube Data API.
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts).
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service:

  • OpenAI— script generation (GPT-4), image generation (DALL-E), and text-to-speech. Your content inputs are sent to OpenAI's API.
  • ElevenLabs— premium voice generation. Text content is sent to ElevenLabs' API.
  • YouTube / Google — video upload and channel management via the YouTube Data API. Use of this API is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment data under its own Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers as described above, or as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

AI-generated content (videos, images, scripts) may be retained for a reasonable period after account deletion to allow you to recover your data if you change your mind.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
