Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of AI Channel Creator at aichannelcreator.com (the "Service"). This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or promote content that:

  • Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors in any form.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or other malicious code or deceptive content designed to harm users or their devices.
  • Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or misleading clickbait.
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely claims an affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or any other platform's terms where content is published.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including authentication mechanisms and rate limits.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the Service's infrastructure, or connected third-party systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Service for competitive purposes.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Overload the Service with excessive automated requests or use it in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
  • Use the Service to generate misleading content that could be mistaken for authentic human-created work without appropriate disclosure, where such disclosure is required by law or platform policy.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or operate multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. AI-Specific Guidelines

Because the Service uses AI to generate content, the following additional guidelines apply:

  • Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain factual errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
  • Disclosure:where required by law or YouTube's policies, you must disclose that content was created with AI assistance.
  • Deepfakes: you may not use the Service to create realistic depictions of real people without their consent, or to create deceptive synthetic media.
  • Prompt injection: you may not attempt to manipulate, bypass, or exploit the AI models powering the Service through adversarial prompts or inputs.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate potential violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy.
  • Temporarily suspending your account.
  • Permanently terminating your account without refund, in cases of serious or repeated violations.
  • Reporting illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to us at abuse@aichannelcreator.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
